Antonia is interested in the world of work especially the relationship between strategy and organisation. Following a degree in management sciences at UMIST she joined Mars Inc to develop a successful career in personnel and organisation with substantial operational and strategic responsibilities. This culminated in the post of organisation development director for Mars Europe. She set up Wingivers with a focus particularly on developing practical, down-to-earth ways to help businesses to organise themselves to deliver their promise to customers and shareholders.

Simon has an HND in Business Studies and post grad diploma in change agent skills & strategies (from Univ Surrey MSc prog.) He started out on youth and community programmes, then as a recruitment consultant, then head of a training business. As an organisational development consultant since 1996, he has worked with a wide range of multi-national and UK companies, specialising in culture change, leadership and service issues to improve business performance. He is a founding member of a community interest business (CIC) which serves both the commercial and social sectors offering leadership and team development in very challenging and diverse settings. He has a compassionate and very human approach to encouraging all levels of staff in any organisation to get the best from themselves and each other - in service of organisational goals.

Lynda is a specialist in organisational communications, change management, and engagement of leadership teams and employees. Her corporate, cross sector, and cross-cultural experience includes lead communications roles in Mars Incorporated in Europe, Group Head of Internal Communications at Wolseley, and London Underground; and Global Divisional Director at Motorola in the US.

Her work as a consultant supporting M&A assignments include Xstrata plc., Glatfelter, bwin.party and Kimberly-Clark. She has worked on cross-cultural communications with Mars Inc. and bwin.party; programmes supporting restructuring include Motorola, British Airways and Sainsbury’s. Lynda has developed strategic communications programmes aligned to major change for Northern Trust, St. James’s Place and Courtaulds (Akzo Nobel Coatings Ltd).

Lynda is particularly adept at designing and implementing good ways of getting people to talk to each other, develop ideas and take action.

Qualified in business studies and law, Anita works with our clients to ensure that their experience of working with Wingivers is first class. From the initial meeting through to the completion of the project Anita looks after every part of the relationship with the client organisation. Running her own virtual PA business, she project manages the team's events and joins up the suppliers that contribute to an effective intervention. Anita is investigating and sourcing the technology that helps the consultant team measure change in performance in the client's business. She loves a bargain and makes sure the consultant team operates in the most cost effective manner.

Charles is a Business and HR Leader with over 30 years proven corporate experience most recently within a global Leadership Team for Honeywell Aerospace Inc. across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. He is used to working at a senior level across cultures to build an aligned focus on global business strategy, and the delivery of results to produce strong organisational reputation.

He believes that whether partnering with a global enterprise or a small enterprise in the third sector there is little more exciting in business than bringing together the collective effort to deliver results that are well beyond the expectations of the stake-holders and customers.

Tim is Wingivers’ Marketing Man. A Business Studies graduate and Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, he worked for Mars, Inc for nearly 20 years across many European markets, brands, and divisions, alongside colleagues in senior leadership and local sales and marketing teams.

His consultancy focus is on developing and planning the early stages of brand and business strategy in a way that implementation and commercial success is more certain. Tim loves the professional challenge of applying the principles of brand and innovation planning to organisations of all kinds, including social enterprises, communities, and service businesses as well as corporations.

Jean has over 30 years Personnel and Training management experience including being Head of Global Learning and Development at The Body Shop International plc and Head of Management Development at TSB Group plc. She was awarded an MBE in 2011 for exceptional services to learning and continuing professional development.

Jean has an on-going passion for leadership, learning and customer service whilst at the same time having a great deal of experience of working with HR, Learning and Development and Organisation Development professionals - implementing strategic change, establishing new ways of working and enabling the shift in organisations from “doing” training to leading people into an inspirational learning environment.

Her main focus is to ensure that any work that she does is tailored to fit the culture and climate of the organisation – and is appropriately designed for the range of people and skills involved.
