Abbeyfield is a charity with a mission established in the 1950’s to enhance the quality of life for older people and make their lives easier and more fulfilling. The charity is developing its service proposition. They believe that what happens inside the charity for and with staff and volunteers is a major part of what their residents and guardians experience.
